A Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's Degree or Postgraduate Degree being preferred, in any field.

Min. 5 years of proven experience as a senior recruiter/talent acquisition

Strong communication skills & Fluent in English

Has good communication and negotiating skill

Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines

Practical experience with various selection methods, including phone interviews & reference checks

Skilled in conducting interviews & Familiar with job portal or any social media
