Requirement​ & Job Description

  • PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.

  • 15-20+ years of experience in battery chemistry R&D.

  • Strong expertise in cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator, and electrochemistry.

  • Experience with advanced battery technologies (Li-ion, Na-ion, Solid-State, Li-S).

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring R&D teams.

  • Publications, patents, and experience writing R&D proposals are highly preferred.
