Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial battery or power solutions industry.

Proven experience in channel development, key account management, and market expansion.

Strong understanding of the South East Asian market.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in P&L management and strategic planning.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
