Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Min. 10 years of experience as Ocean Freight Sales in freight forwarding or logistics industry.

Good communication and negotiation skills, able to handle customers and resolve complaints.

Target-oriented, understand ocean freight business, and fluent in spoken and written English (spoken and written)

Manage and develop Ocean Freight sales activities to achieve sales targets in Surabaya and surrounding areas.

Build & maintain good relationships with key customers & develop new clients.

Monitor sales performance, market conditions, & business opportunities related to ocean freight services.

Coordinate with operations & internal teams to ensure smooth shipment process & good customer service.
