Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Logistics, or related field.

Min.10 years of experience as a sales in freight forwarding or logistics.

Good communication and negotiation skills, able to handle customers & resolve complaints.

Target-oriented, understand freight forwarding business, & able to communicate in English (spoken & written).

Manage & develop sales activities for Ocean Freight, Air Freight, & Customs Clearance services to achieve sales targets.

Build & maintain good relationships with key customers & develop new business opportunities.

Monitor market conditions, customer needs, & sales performance for Ocean, Air, & CL services.

Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment process and good customer service.
