Manage office administration: schedules, travel, & documents

Coordinate internal projects & support daily operations

Organize meetings with clients, including minutes & follow-ups

Assist Sales/BD team with proposals & coordination

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Min. 10 years of experience as Ocean Freight Sales in freight forwarding or logistics industry.

Good communication and negotiation skills, able to handle customers and resolve complaints.

Target-oriented, understand ocean freight business, and fluent in spoken and written English (spoken and written)
