Minimum D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PPC/PPIC within a manufacturing company

Hands on experience in production planning, material planning/control, BOM, WIP, and production scheduling

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Experience with ERP/MRP or manufacturing systems will be an advantage

Experience in machinery, automotive, heavy equipment, tractor, or assembly manufacturing is preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills

Experience in improving or building PPC systems/processes will be highly preferred

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

Monitor material availability and identify potential shortages

Control production progress and Work in Process (WIP)

Monitor plan vs actual production and follow up on delays or bottlenecks

Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QC, and Engineering teams

Prepare production reports and dashboards for management

Support improvements in PPC processes, systems, and production tracking
