Lead daily Production operations across Printing & Finishing, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Drive Operational Excellence through Lean Manufacturing, OEE optimization, cost reduction, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.

Monitor KPIs, budgets, resources, and operational costs to achieve productivity and profitability targets.

Build a high-performance production team and collaborate with Sales, SCM, Prepress, QA, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments while ensuring compliance with ISO, safety, and company standards.
