Requirement​ & Job Description

  • 4+ years experience with proficient in English & Mandarin

  • Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, MSA, APQP

  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001

  • Hands-on with TPM, 5S & downtime reduction

  • Drive process development: PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs

  • Lead APQP, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, & process improvements

  • Validate processes using DOE, SPC, MSA

  • Commission new lines & machines

  • Execute new projects from sample to mass production

  • Handle audits, CAPA, & project documentation
