Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.

2–4 years’ experience in telesales/inside sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

Experience selling loans, KTA, restructuring, debt solutions, or financial products.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Target-driven, resilient, customer-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Handle inbound leads and conduct consultative sales.

Understand customer debt situations and recommend suitable solutions.

Manage the sales process from qualification to closing and payment.

Maintain CRM/LoS records and follow up leads consistently.

Provide empathetic customer service and handle escalations.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales conversion and processes.
