Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in collections, loan recovery, settlement, or direct lender negotiation roles.

Solid understanding of the Indonesian unsecured lending ecosystem, OJK regulations, and recovery lifecycles.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and crisis-management skills in Bahasa Indonesia.

Open to high-volume phone negotiations and local travel across Jabodetabek as needed.

Conduct end-to-end negotiations (via phone and in-person meetings) with banks, P2P platforms, and multi-finance institutions to secure principal reductions, interest waivers, and settlement plans.

Collaborate with internal risk and customer teams to align settlement terms with client capacity while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Maintain CRM records, performance dashboards, and weekly reporting on closed deals and discount metrics.
