3–5 years of experience in collections, recovery, loan settlement, or lender negotiation.

Established and verifiable network with banks, multi-finance companies, and P2P/pinjol platforms is mandatory.

Proven track record in settlement negotiation and securing discounts.

Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.

Willing to travel when required.

Good understanding of Indonesia’s lending and collections landscape.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.

Negotiate settlements, principal reductions, interest waivers, and penalty eliminations.

Build and maintain relationships with lender collection/recovery teams.

Manage negotiation records and analyze lender discount patterns.

Develop settlement strategies and collaborate with Risk, Mediation, Sales, and Product teams.
