Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Master’s degree or certifications (TOGAF, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in retail solution architecture or retail IT management.

Strong experience managing ERP systems directly (preferably Oracle ERP or similar enterprise platforms).

Background from Oracle partners or major retail companies preferred.

Experience with POS, WMS, CRM, e-commerce, and omnichannel systems.

Strong retail system integration experience.

Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native environment experience.

Knowledge of Oracle Retail, Oracle Database, and vendor portal integration.

Understanding of database design, cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance.

Fluent in English (mandatory).

Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority retail environment.
