Manage end-to-end HR operations.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Support labor relations, negotiations, and HR governance processes.

Min. 10-15 years of total professional experience in Human Resources.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial-level HR role.

Strong HR Generalist background with hands-on operational experience.

Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor law, and IR/ER practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
