Strong understanding of labor law and HR operations.

Hands-on, structured, and comfortable working with frontline teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office and retail store roles, with a strong focus on customer service mindset.

Oversee onboarding, employee relations, contracts, and HR administration.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and people processes aligned with retail operations.

Support performance management, training, and employee development programs.

Partner closely with store and operations leaders to support daily people matters.

Coordinate payroll, attendance, and HR reporting.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
