20+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume Lithium-ion battery manufacturing.

Strong expertise across the Li-ion manufacturing process, from slurry mixing to cell assembly and formation.

Proven experience leading the commissioning and ramp-up of a battery manufacturing line.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coaching skills with excellent English communication.

Lead the commissioning, qualification, and production ramp-up of the Li-ion pilot line.

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, OEE, and production efficiency.

Train and mentor engineers, technicians, and operators on best manufacturing practices.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous process improvements.

Develop SOPs, process control plans, and ensure smooth collaboration with Equipment, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
