Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

6–8 years of experience in credit operations and/or collections within banking, fintech, financing, or multi-finance.

Proven experience building or restructuring a collections function.

2–3 years of managerial/team-lead experience.

Strong consumer lending experience.

Strong knowledge of the Philippine collections landscape and BSP regulations.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and collection systems.

Fluent in English and Filipino (Tagalog).

Build collections policies, SOPs, workflows, and strategies.

Oversee credit operations, assessment, verification, and disbursement.

Recruit, lead, and develop the collections team.

Monitor DPD, collection, recovery, and portfolio performance.

Develop reporting and dashboards.

Ensure compliance with BSP regulations and data privacy requirements.

Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Finance, Product, and lending partners.
