Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 6 years of experience in a large Power & Desalination Station, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer Plant.

Experience in major and minor overhaul of Steam/Gas Turbines and major equipment.

Experience with pumps, compressors, fans, diesel generators, and MSF desalination units.

Knowledge of international standards for materials, machinery fits, and tolerances.

Experience in planning, scheduling, and executing overhaul works.

Strong leadership skills to manage multinational technical teams.

Experience using SAP maintenance management systems.

Knowledge of boilers, pipeline fabrication, heat exchangers, high-pressure valves, and NDT is an advantage.

Conversational English and strong industrial safety awareness required.
