Min. 4 years of industrial maintenance experience

Fluent in English & Mandarin

Strong electrical & mechanical system knowledge (PLC, Drives, Sensors, Pneumatics, Power Systems)

Familiar with RCA tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FTA), CMMS, SCADA

Understanding of ISO standards & TPM/Lean maintenance principles

Track MTTR/MTBF & ensure proper documentation and reporting

Troubleshoot and execute corrective actions to ensure uptime

Maintain safety & discipline, support continuous improvement projects

Ensure audit compliance & adherence to quality management systems
