Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2–4 years of inside/telesales experience in Consumer Lending, Digital Lending, Debt Consolidation, Mediation & Negotiation Advisory Services, or other financial services.

Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Experience handling financially distressed or subprime customers is preferred.

Follow up and convert qualified leads generated by the Marketing team into enrolled customers.

Conduct financial assessments and recommend suitable debt restructuring, debt consolidation, refinancing, or mediation solutions.

Manage sales pipeline activities, CRM updates, and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.

Achieve monthly enrollment, disbursement, revenue, and conversion targets through solution-based selling of financial products.
