2–4 years of experience in debt restructuring, collections, loan settlement, financial advisory, or related financial services.

Strong customer management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive customer situations.

Good understanding of Indonesia's lending and collections landscape, including OJK regulations.

Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Experience with P2P lenders, digital lending platforms, banks, or multi-finance companies is a strong advantage.

Manage customer relationships throughout the debt resolution - process.

Educate customers on debt management, OJK regulations, and financial planning.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling.

Monitor payment plans, savings progress, and program compliance.

Support negotiations with lenders, banks, and P2P platforms.

Track customer and settlement performance using CRM and reporting tools.
