Requirement​ & Job Description

  • Customer Inquiry Management (Shopee / TikTok Shop).

  • Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status.

  • Customer Satisfaction & Response Rate Management.

  • Maintain a response time within 12 hours for all customer inquiries across Shopee and TikTok Shop.

  • Basic knowledge of skincare products or strong interest in Korean and local beauty products.

  • Prior experience in customer service (CS) role especially in cosmetic brands.

  • Proficient in English for communication with headquarters.
