Customer Inquiry Management (Shopee / TikTok Shop).

Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status.

Customer Satisfaction & Response Rate Management.

Maintain a response time within 12 hours for all customer inquiries across Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Basic knowledge of skincare products or strong interest in Korean and local beauty products.

Prior experience in customer service (CS) role especially in cosmetic brands.

Proficient in English for communication with headquarters.
