5+ years experience in retail, showroom management, business development, or related fields, preferably in premium electronics, kitchen appliances, or furniture

Have a background in interior design and architecture is a plus

Proven track record in revenue generation and achieving sales targets

Experience with expansion projects and scaling retail networks

Strong understanding of the customer journey and retail partnerships

Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills

Fluent in Indonesian and English
