Requirement​ & Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after logistics or shipment services have been completed.

  • ⁠Handle complaints, claims, and escalations related to land, sea, and air shipments.

  • ⁠Monitor and analyze service performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rate, claim ratio, and case resolution time.

  • ⁠Coordinate with operations, transportation, customs, and warehouse teams to ensure prompt and accurate issue resolution.

  • Degree in Logistics, or a related field preferred.

  • Min. 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding export & import operation.

  • Strong master of ocean freight forwarding operations, documentation handling, regulations, and industry practices.

  • Work experience in international logistics & forwarding company is an advantage.
