Requirement & Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after logistics or shipment services have been completed.
Handle complaints, claims, and escalations related to land, sea, and air shipments.
Monitor and analyze service performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rate, claim ratio, and case resolution time.
Coordinate with operations, transportation, customs, and warehouse teams to ensure prompt and accurate issue resolution.
Degree in Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Min. 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding export & import operation.
Strong master of ocean freight forwarding operations, documentation handling, regulations, and industry practices.
Work experience in international logistics & forwarding company is an advantage.
