Lead process development activities including PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, and SOP creation.

Support new project launches — from sample build to mass production, including machine commissioning and handover.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Poka Yoke, lean manufacturing, and apply DOE, SPC, MSA for validation.

Minimum 4 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in any field; fluent in English and Chinese.

⁠Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards.

⁠Experienced in process improvement, TPM, tooling, & problem-solving tools like 8D & Why-Why Analysis.
