7–9 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Credit Approval, Loan Restructuring, or Collections Strategy

Background in Fintech, Digital Lending, Consumer Finance, or Retail/SME Banking

Proven experience approving SME and unsecured lending applications

Strong expertise in portfolio risk management, Early Warning Systems (EWS), and loan restructuring

Excellent analytical skills with strong commercial judgment

Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, dashboards, pivot tables, portfolio analytics, financial modeling, and scenario analysis)

Strong experience with BigQuery (mandatory)

Experience with Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred

Python for portfolio analytics and Google Apps Script are a plus

Bachelor's or Master's Degree with strong academic credentials
