Requirement​ & Job Description

  • 4+ Years work experience with proficient in English & Mandarin

  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, SCADA, CMMS

  • Skilled in RCA tools: 5 Why, Fishbone, FTA

  • Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TPM practices

  • Troubleshoot PLCs (Mitsubishi/Omron), Drives, and Robotic systems

  • Handle basic mechanical maintenance (Solenoid valves, pneumatic cylinder)

  • Use communication protocols (RS232, RJ45, TCP/IP)

  • Maintain machine records, MTTR/MTBF, and ensure RCA
